Top WWFF Activators in the World

Hi all,

Each year the Romanian Amateur Radio Society issues certificates to the Top 44 WWFF Activators in the World, and the Top 44 WWFF Hunters in the World.

I am pleased to announce that there were three VK's who appeared in the Top 44 Activator list for 2019 (activations for this award are based on reaching the 44 QSO threshold).

Mike VK6MB came in 9th spot in the world with 149 references.
Gerard VK2IO came in 12th spot in the world with 124 references.

Myself, Paul VK5PAS came in 22nd spot in the world with 73 references.

The Top WWFF Activator was SP5UUD from Poland with an amazing 282 different WWFF references activated.

Mike VK6MB also came in 18th spot and Gerard VK2IO in 28th spot for the Top Activator per QSOs category. Mike made 10,021 QSOs. Gerard made 8,177 QSOs.

The Top Activator QSO category winner was IQ5QO from Italy with 52,627 QSOs.

Unfortunately, there were no VK's in the Top 44 WWFF Hunter list for 2019.
