SUBMIT YOUR VKFF LOGS.

BEFORE UPLOADING.

• Ensure your log is in ADIF (.adi) format or the CSV template
• Verify your reference numbers are correct
• Check that date/time formats are consistent
• Ensure you have named your log correctly, e.g. VK5ABC@VKFF-00120150609

UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS.

1. Fill out the appropriate form below.  If you are submitting a log for a park in Victoria (VK3), then complete the VK3 form, if you are submitting a log for a park in Queensland (VK4), then complete the VK4 form.
2. Select your ADIF or CSV file
3. Submit

LOG PROCESSING TIME.

• Logs are typically processed within 24-48 hours
• Check submission status at https://wwff.co/logsearch/
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your logs are processed
