Worked at Cockburn Cement, part of the Adelaide Brighton Group, as Technical Manager (WA and NT). Retired in 2015 after 40 years.

Licenced in 1978 as a novice (VK6NJF). Upgraded to full call in 1982 as VK6XN.
Special event calls:
AX6XN as appropriate. During the World Lighthouse Weekend, using VK6CLL. Also worked as VK6XN/MM while travelling on a container ship from London to Fremantle.
